For this private residence, located just north of Copenhagen, Kjær Architecture is managing a full-scale renovation of the property. Originally designed in 1931, by Louis Hygom, the townhouse retained much of its original architectural character but was in pressing need for a comprehensive update. In addition to working closely with the client, Kjaer is managing and coordinating each of the suppliers, contractors, and artisans responsible for transforming the townhouse into a elegantly-detailed and fully-updated home.
