Perched above the lively pedestrian street of Købmagergade, is an exciting, new project for Kjær architecture. Kjær has been commissioned to fully-refurbish the penthouse of a classic, Danish building, in order to create a modern, light-filled residence.
The project consists of two, interlocking levels of living area, punctuated by outdoor terraces and rooftop views of historic Copenhagen. Kjær is working closely with the client to develop a design and material palate that creates an effortlessly elegant residence that both celebrates the historic structure of the building, while embracing a sophisticated attitude of modern urban living.
