Kjær Architecture has designed the refurbishment and transformation of an office space, turning it into its original purpose as a private residence. Through the refurbishment, the 300 sq. m. residence has become a functional home of modern comfort with original, restored details and new specially designed features including an informal dining and kitchen area with room for social events.
